I'm very happy to announce that our great friend and awesome instructor has opened her new Kettlebell studio. Kettlebell Elite is located in Virginia Beach. If any of you're planning on vacationing in Virginia Beach this summer, make sure to stop by Karen's place. I promise you it'll be the best part of your trip! The Dynamic Solutions team will be down for the much anticipated Grand Opening on April 18th, if any of you are thinking about going down.
Also, there still may be a couple of spots left for our free Kettlebell Workshop this weekend being held at Gravely Point. I know we have a lot of Kettlebells, but we're going to be cutting it close! The event will be filmed as we are expecting over 50 people for this amazing day. Want to see how we get it done at Dynamic Solutions.... come and hang out with us this Saturday.
We can't forget Mamas on the Move! This Monday we'll be starting our Outdoor Fitness program at Fort Hunt Park . Jen Murphy the newest member to the Dynamic Solutions staff has her victims signed up and ready to go. If you enjoy getting in to shape, while taking in some extra Vitamin D, than this class is definitely for you. Stay tuned, "Murph" is going to take outdoor fitness to another level!
We started an outdoor class this weekend with the staff at Sunstar in Old Town this past Tuesday and this group has "Kettlebell Fever." One session and they were hooked....they will definitely be Kettlebellers for life!
We are lined up for 6 more workshops within the next three weeks. This Kettlebell thing is on its way to becoming mainstream, and I'm enjoying the ride!
Now, I'm off to prepare for the Sig Klein Challenge tomorrow with the Doc.
