I've come to the conclusion that simply giving you our favorite exercise of the week is just not enough. Every Friday, I'm going to give you my favorite Workout of the Week. Not only will this give you a chance to take a look at the amazing workouts we perform in the studio.... you'll get a chance to see the other trainers in the mix!

Most people say I shouldn't post my workouts. Make em pay! Honestly, you're not going to be able to look at my workouts and perform them like our trainers do. But, if you want to be the trainer that everyone's looking to hire or someone who wants to really learn how to use a Kettlebell, you'll just have to pay us a visit!
Foam Roller 10 minutes
Joint Mobility Drills/Prehab
5 Jerks R
10 Swings R
10 Swings L
5 Jerks L
4 rounds with 1 minute rest and choose a bigger KB each round
Cardio Circuit
5 Renegade Rows R/L
5 Double Snatches
1 Pistol R/L
10 Double Swings
Use moderate Kettlebells and go 3 rounds with 30 seconds rest.
To no surprise Julie's going to demonstrate our first Workout of the Week.
