What a day! The new Kettlebells have arrived and now it's time to throw around some serious weight. Workouts with double 32 kg and 40 kg will now be the main focus of my workouts. I'll snatch the 53 for a little conditioning, but its time to take it back to the Old School!
The Sig Klein challenge is the first thing I'm going after. 12 Double Clean and Press with 2/ 32 kg Kettlebells. This is going to be a challenge, but I promise you, it'll happen very soon. I'll have the video to prove it. Very few men can pull this feat off!
Also, I didn't get a chance to workout today, but I did take the opportunity to press the Beast. Surprisingly, it was very easy for me to do and could have pressed it for reps if I wanted. At the R.K.C. cert. if was difficult for me to do, so I'm very happy to see my two workouts a week are starting to pay off! :)
